Our Strength:

Anwesha was founded way back in 1990 as a non-political, non-sectarian and non-profit development institution. Since its inception it has played a pivotal role in the Tribal handicrafts revolution of the state as well as generating awareness and income amongst the poorer Tribal section of the society. ANWESHA always believed and emphasized upon participatory process of sustainable development. It serves the poor and down trodden by making them aware about their own problems and tries to resolve them by their own platform where they help themselves. Presently ANWESHA is working with34 permanent employees and 23 part time employees. Besides, we have a very highly knowledge advising Board, who always monitors and evaluate own programme to give it a right shape. Organizational structure: Board of directors -president, secretary, treasurer and ex-officio members . ANWESHA is very strong in the following areas:
